These consumer goods are commonly encountered but must be handled according to safety guidelines. The Company may accept these items with restrictions, subject to packaging, labelling, and condition:
Devices with lithium-ion batteries
Nail polish and remover
Household cleaning products
Oil-based paints and varnishes
Adhesives
Pest control products
Electronic cigarettes and their components
Cigarettes and other tobacco products
Thermometers
Condition: All items must be in good, undamaged condition. No leaking, cracked, or visibly damaged items will be accepted.
Packaging:
For liquids, each item must be packaged in a sturdy, leak-proof container, that is sealed to prevent any spillage.
Each item must be packaged individually, separate from other similar controlled items (e.g., each phone must be packaged separately).
Fragile items (e.g., consumer electronics) must be cushioned with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit.
